The Main Objectives of the project are: 

• The enhancement of the elementary school curriculum with activities and actions related to natural hazards and their consequences, in order for the students to develop a sustainable behavior culture and the life skills required to prevent natural hazards from turning into disasters, so as to better protect themselves and others. 
• The awareness of the entire education system about the importance of Disaster Risk Reduction Education.

The Priorities addressed by the project are: 

• HORIZONTAL: Environment and fight against climate change
• SCHOOL EDUCATION: Supporting teachers, school leaders and other teaching professions
• SCHOOL EDUCATION: Promoting interest and excellence in science, technology, engineering, and mathematics (STEM) and the STEAM approach
